JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State.

It has been alleged that on an order of petitioners, Pramila Devi and Urmila Devi, the remaining accused namely, Chandeshwar Das, Mukesh Das, Rakesh Das, Maheshwar Das, Prabhat Das brutally assaulted Chandra Bhushan Rai as well as Satyendra out of whom Chandra Bhushan died.

Taking into account the status of petitioners to be order givers, petitioners, Pramila Devi and Urmila Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Samastipur in Pusa PS Case No. 03/15.
