JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the complainant is languishing in custody since 16.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 498(A) of the IPC. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 26604 of 2014 on the condition that he shall resume and continue the matrimonial relationship with the complainant-informant and pay a sum of Rs. 750/- per month as interim maintenance but the petitioner failed to comply with the conditions of bail and, hence, he was arrested. Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail on certain conditions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhepura in connection with complaint Case No. 1169 of 2012.
