2. In this case the petitioner seeking a direction from this Court to direct the respondent authorities to properly investigate Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 202 of 2020 as the minor daughter of the petitioner has been kidnapped and subsequently raped by the accused persons.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accused persons have made the victim girl to give statement in their favour by misleading the prosecution side.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case any final form is filed by the police, the petitioner will have liberty to file a protest petition and pray before the Special Judge in accordance with law.
