The petitioner seeks bail in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 498A/34, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is the sister of the deceased. She has alleged that her sister Jyoti Devi @ Guria was married to Dinesh Choudhary and she got a son Dilkhus. He always assaulted his wife and that is why Jyoti Devi was living with her mother. It is alleged that with the help of some other persons he killed Jyoti Devi and her mother Sarashwati Devi.

The informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence. The petitioner is not related to Dinesh Choudhary. It appears that the petitioner is languishing in jail since

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S.
