JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Ravita Kumari, deceased, was done to death at her Sasural for which instant case has been filed by the brother of the deceased further, disclosing that during intervening period the deceased was subjected to torture and cruelty for procurement of dowry.
Petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur). On account thereof as well as taking into account the period of his detention since 12.01.2015, petitioner Upendra Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17400 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 each to the satisfaction of Sri Sumit Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014.
