Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26 (ii), 35 of the Arms Act.

One pistol containing four live cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 9.11.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in Maniyari P.S. Case no. 248/2015.
