2. This modification application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17629 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lived outside to earn his livelihood. Due to communication gap, he could not return and surrender before the learned court below within the time granted. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of four weeks' time to surrender the petitioner before the lower court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52421 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17629 of 2024.

6. The order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17629 of 2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
