The issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 17.01.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1870 of 2015 (Annexure-1).

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the petitioners to have passed compartmental examination, as the candidates passed in first attempt and necessary consequential benefits may be extended to the petitioners treating the petitioners to have passed the training examination in first attempt.
