The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2014 registered under Sections 461 and 382 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is submitted that names of the petitioners have come on confessional statement of co-accused and except that there is nothing against these petitioners.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2014 m.p.
