This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The First Information Report is against unknown. Neither there is recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on Test Identification Parade and the only material against the petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Prakash Yudav. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with Sessions Trial No. 314 of 2014 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014.
