====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered under Sections 302, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 29-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9127 of 2019 taking into account that the petitioner is one of the assailants. A report has been received from the trial court. It is reported that charge has already been framed. Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018, Trial No. 105 of 2019 is rejected.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3288 of 2021(3) dt.30-06-2021 2/2 Learned trial court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

The District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police, Buxar are directed to ensure the production of witnesses on the date fixed by the trial court so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period of nine months. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of Police, Buxar for needful.
