In the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1814 of 2018 the particulars of the registration number of the vehicle in question was not mentioned by this Court and, therefore, it is stated that the vehicle could not be released. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the vehicle was not registered but the vehicle should be released based on the engine number and the chassis number indicated in the certificate of Insurance available at Page 10 and the indication of the same made in the seizure-memo at Page 16 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1814 of 2018(3) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 the paper-book.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is directed that the vehicle be released in pursuance to the order passed on 22.02.2018 in the writ petition i.e. the vehicle (Hero Moto Corp GlamourCDRS BSIV) bearing Engine No. JA06ERHGC12614, Chassis No. MBLJAR024HGC08007, as is indicated in the seizurememo prepared by the police authorities available at page 16 of the paper-book. On the verification of the Engine number and the chassis number the aforesaid vehicle shall be released in pursuance to the order passed on 22.02.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 1814 of 2018.
