Ltd. submits that in the civil writ jurisdiction of this court, the petitioner has virtually made a prayer for interference with the criminal case. He submits that in the present writ petition the petitioner has challenged the inspection report, which is the basis for lodging

Patna High Court CWJC No.2490 of 2014 (3) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 F.I.R. against the petitioner. I have also perused the material on record. I do not find any ground to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed.
