Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 468 and other sections of the IPC.

One Md. Sonu was apprehended, who disclosed that he has sold the engine of stolen motor cycle to the petitioner, namely, Raja. It appears that the petitioner is Md. Raju. The other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 30.1.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No.22 of 2012.
