Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Manhar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2156 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 offence registered under Sections 144, 379, 386 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners and the informant are agnates and there is admitted land dispute giving rise to Title Suit No. 319 of 2009, 613 of 2012 and 1038 of 2019. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after delay of two months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 57/20, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Jagdish/- U T
