====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8808 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date only one witness has been examined and petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2021.
4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-X, Patna in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55936 of 2024(3) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 connection with Session Trial No. 352 of 2020 arising out of Gopalpur P. S. Case No. 191 of 2020 with the following conditions:
I. The petitioner will cooperate in conclusion of the trial.
II. He will remain present on each and every date of trial till disposal of the case.
III. He will not try to tamper with the evidence or intimidate the witnesses to delay the disposal of trial. IV. In the event of default of two consecutive dates without any cogent reason, his bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled.
