The petitioner is accused in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 356 of 2015, registered under Section 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66A(b) of the I.T. Act and under Section 16, 18 and 20 of U.A.P Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that ransom was demanded on the mobile number of informant through mobile No. 8757813899. In course of investigation it has come that one other mobile bearing No. 8809733973 was also used in making the demand of ransom, which was said to belong to Sailendra Kapar, which was recovered from Satish Sharma, who confessed his guilt before the Police stating that

Except the confessional statement of co-accused Satish Sharma, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. (East) Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 356 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
