2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D P Act.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between party have been resolved through the process of mediation on 29.11.2023 and the terms of settlement has mutually been agreed upon by them through memorandum of agreement vide Mediation proceeding No. 771 of 2023 .
4. Considering the report of mediation and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49072 of 2023(4) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate , Muzzaffar in connection with Complaint Case No. 3361 of 2018 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
