2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.83197 of 2023 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of order dated 07.03.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to some personal difficulty he has not filed the requisite as required by order dated 07.03.2024 upon opposite party No.2 within the stipulated time. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in compliance of order dated 07.03.2024, notice has been filed on 05.07.2024 which is stated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65997 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 supplementary affidavit.

4. In view of the averments made in the supplementary affidavit, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 83197 of 2023 is restored to its original file.

5. Office is directed to use the process which has been filed on 05.07.2024.

6. Accordingly, the restoration application stands disposed of.
