The petitioner is accused in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2013, registered under Section 304(B), 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer of the petitioner for bail was refused on 12.08.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 34086 of 2015 with direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months with observation that if the trial is not concluded within the said period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. Further submission is that there is no progress in the trial of the petitioner and he is in custody since 10.07.2013.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9273 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. District Judge-III, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2013.
