One country made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner remains in jail custody since 25.10.2014. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai (FCI) P.S.
