The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of demand of dowry and due to nonfulfilment of demand, the deceased was killed by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-inlaw of the deceased and the husband of the deceased, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57980 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 Radha Krishna Pandey @ Sonu Pandey has already been in judicial custody since 25.08.2021 as stated in para-10 of the petition.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Sikraul P.S.
