According to the prosecution case itself, the petitioner was pillion rider and the seized vehicle was being driven by the F.I.R named accused Chandan Kumar. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since17.12.2015 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 303 of 2015.
