The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha Police Station Case No.61 of 2014/G.R. Case No.1040 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 380 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation that on 09.04.2014, Rubi Kumari, the daughter of the informant, was kidnapped by Raju Verma and Ravi Verma, both sons of the petitioner, for the purpose of marriage, in which the petitioner, who is the mother of Raju Verma and Ravi Verma, also cooperated.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is the mother of Raju Verma

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7547 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 and Ravi Verma, and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there was love affair of Rubi Kumari with Raju Kumar and both have moved from the house to anywhere but with an ulterior motive the informant has lodged this false case implicating the petitioner also. The petitioner being lady is in custody since 11.09.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Korha Police Station Case No.61 of 2014/G.R.
