Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act. One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge as well as some mobile sets are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.09.2015. Moreover, prior to institution of the present case, petitioner was made accused in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 257 of 2010 and after institution of the present case, he was remanded in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10927 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 250 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty, Gaya in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S.
