This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Dhankund P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 379,411,420,467,468/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Rule 8 of the Bihar Mines Mineral and Concession Rules as well as Section 15 of the Forest Act.

The petitioner has criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph 3 of the application, from which it appears that there are at least four cases lodged against him of similar nature. This application is, therefore, rejected, considering the nature of allegation and his criminal history. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45733 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
