JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-03-2018 The present writ petition has been field for the following reliefs - "(i) For issuance of writ of certiorari and for quashing the notice dated 5.9.2017 issued by the State Bank of India whereby petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 7,68,352 + Interest + litigation cost.

(ii) For issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the possession notice dated 14.8.2017 issued under the signature of the authorized officer of the respondent Bank.

(iii) For issuance of mandamus for direction to the respondent Bank to produce the loan paper of 2002 before this Hon'ble Court as petitioner has not taken Housing loan in 2002 and despite repeated request the

(iv) For issuance of mandamus for direction the respondents to not take any coercive action till the disposal of the writ petition.

(v) For the other reliefs which may be granted to the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of this case.

2. Mr. Shashi Bhushan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Regional Manager, State Bank of India, Regional Business Officer, Munger (respondent no. 3) with a proposal for settling the dues and making payment thereof and also seeking waiver/reduction of interest in terms of the extant circulars.

3. As prayed, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
