The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
In course of investigation one co-accused Pankaj Kumar was arrested and the looted mobile was recovered from his conscious possession. The aforesaid co-accused Pankaj Kumar made his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner. It would appear from the impugned order that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him in the present case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8292 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Chaudhary, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014.
