After receiving confidential information regarding assemblage of antisocial elements under the leadership of Gore Lal Tanti, a renowned criminal for commission of crime, police conducted raid and during course thereof there was cross firing in which one of the member of the miscreant namely Ram Chandra Tanti got injured, apprehended and on interrogation, he named so many persons including the petitioner. It is also apparent that firearms, ammunition were seized from the place of occurrence. Petitioner is under custody since 05.11.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17078 of 2015 (3) dt.24-06-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Nandlal Tanti is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jamui in connection with Laxamipur P.S. Case No.80 of 2014.
