The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made against the petitioner that he assaulted with dabiya upon the head of son of the informant as a result of which, he received grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58703 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
