2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 354 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner assaulted the informant on his nose with a khanti, due to which, his nose was cut and started bleeding. It is further alleged that when the informant's wife and mother tried to save him, they were also assaulted and misbehaved by the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge XIII-cum-A.C.J.M. XIII, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
