a) To quash order dated 24.12.2020 passed in Miscellaneous Case No. 04/2019 by the Respondent No. 3 whereby and

Block Ariyari, District-Shiekhpura] was held to be valid in a most mechanical and arbitrary manner without following the procedure prescribed under the relevant Guidelines.

b) For a direction upon the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika of Centre No. 118, Panchayat-Chorbar, Ward No.-9, Block-Ariyari, District-Shiekhpura along with all consequential and monetary benefits.

c) For a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge her duties as Anganwadi Sevika of Centre No.

118, Panchayat- Chorbar, Ward No.

-9, Block-Ariyari, District Shiekhpura during the pendency of the present writ application."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
