Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 3.10.2014 in a case registered under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the fardbeyan of the informant that some quarrel had taken place between deceased and the petitioner and on the next day, deceased committed suicide. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura /concerned court in Bihariganj P.S. Case no. 164/2014.
