In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.48 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that when the informant was coming from Kalabalua Bazar the petitioner followed her and put her palm gagged her and committed rape on her, but the informant in her statement has given a different story and so much so that the FIR has been lodged after two days of the occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Mukesh Mandal be released on bail on
