2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 21(c), 22(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 900 litres of codeine cough syrup i.e., 9000 bottles from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2025.

5. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to
