JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report and no material has been found in course of investigation connected him with the trial. Learned counsel for the petitioner also produced before me a web copy of the order dated 19.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
of 2015, whereby co-accused, namely, Dhaneshwar Tanti, has been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8367 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 that the case of the petitioner is on similar footing to that of Dhaneshwar Tanti.
In view of the submissions made above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.41 of 2014.
