2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2014 in connection with Lodipur P.S.Case No. 72 of 2012 for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5 of Explosive Substance Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the accusation against the petitioner is that he along with two other persons have thrown the bombs causing injury to the informant is denied by the injury report., which discloses simple in nature caused by hard blunt and substance to the informant and Ganesh Mandal. There is case and counter case between the parties and pre existing land dispute.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6003 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Similarly situated co accused Kishun Mandal has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 03.06.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 16955 of 2014.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in Lodipur P.S.Case No. 72/ 2012.
