The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No.79 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioners and others named in the FIR killed the daughter of the informant and her body was found in Jalkumbhi and the doctor in the postmortem report opined that the death was caused due to asphyxia, I am not inclined to grant pre-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57415 of 2017 (3) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 arrest bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
