Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 12.06.2019, 28.08.2019 and 18.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 14985 of 2019, 53983 of 2019 and 70231 of 2019 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48755 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
