Taking into consideration the details of payments already made to the petitioner which has already been indicated in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 and nothing specific being urged with regard to the statement made therein, especially when such an affidavit was served on the petitioner in November, 2015, this writ application is required to be disposed of now. If there is any discrepancy in the payment or if any other legitimate dues remain, the petitioner can assert his right before the authorities of the respondent Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University,
