2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2014 in connection with Roh P.S.Case No. 67 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Nawadah.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as in any event the injury was not likely to cause death.

4. Perusal of para 68 of the case diary discloses entrance wound on right side of chest, which appears to support the accusation that the petitioner had fired on the right side of chest of the informant.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner,. The bail application stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) singh/- U T
