Petitioner is accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 11 of 2020 registered under Sections 8/20(B)(ii)(b) of the NDPS Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the recovered Ganja is not more than commercial quantity. Petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2020. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3135 of 2021(3) dt.14-07-2021 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 arising out of Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020.
