2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, one co-accused Raghubar Kumar Yadav was arrested with stolen motorcycle and he disclosed that the said stolen motorcycle was given by this petitioner. He further disclosed that a stolen motorcycle is also kept in the house of this petitioner. On the basis of such disclosure, the informant conducted a raid and recovered one motorcycle from the house of this petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that one motorcycle has also been recovered from the house of petitioner, the prayer for
