The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 224 of 2017 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and as per the injury report the informant has sustained simple injury and as such no case under Section 307 IPC is made out. He has referred to the order of the court below where the learned Sessions Judge, Buxar has noted that the injury is simple in nature.
