JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 There is a typographical error in the order dated 25.09.2019 in respect of the P.S. Case and the description of the learned court below. It appears that in place of 'Bakkhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 277/2016' the case description has been wrongly recorded as 'Complaint Case No. 40C/2019'.

Let the case number be correctly read as 'Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 277/2016'. Similarly, in respect of the description of the court below in place the court of "learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa" it has wrongly been typed as 'learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria'. Let the correction be carried out with regard to the description of the court below and it should be read as court of 'learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa'.

Rest of the order shall remain intact.

The period of four weeks within which the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46035 of 2019(4) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 was required to surrender shall stand extended and it will be taken as four weeks from today.
