2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition submitting that in light of the statement made in Para-8, 9, 10 and 11 of the writ petition, steps have already been taken to investigate into the matter and lodge an F.I.R. pursuant to the alleged misappropriation of government fund made by the Public representatives, Officers and Staff including the petitioners who are contractual employees (daily wage workers) of the Nagar Panchayat, Bakhri.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
4. It goes without saying that if the petitioners are not found to have misappropriated the government fund in any manner, they may take steps to challenge the order, if any action of the State Government affects their legal right. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U
