2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2014 in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S.Cse No. 73 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. It is submitted that, in fact, the deceased died on account of natural cause. In any event the accusations are general and omnibus in nature and no specific act is attributed to the petitioner. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is living separately having no concern with day to day affairs of the deceased and her husband. He claims clean criminal antecedent and has already been in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6183 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 custody for over six months. The husband of the deceased continues to remain in custody.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in Pipra Kothi P.S.Case No. 73 of 2014 with additional condition that the petitioner shall remain personally present on each and every date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
