28-07-2021 The matter is placed through Video Conferencing. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53647 of 2019 to the extent of extension of period of surrender. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 04.03.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 53647 of 2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown. In view of aforesaid fact, further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
