JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015, registered under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 09.11.2015, in the evening, Ran Vijay Kumar, minor son of the informant, was moved from his house for playing, but he could not return. On next day, his dead body was found in the field of Bhagwat Yadav. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioners and others due to dispute of land, which was purchased by the informant from Khokha Jha and threatening was also given to her.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9212 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence and mere on suspicion, the petitioners and his other family member have been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 20.11.2015 and 11.11.2015, respectively.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) manish/- U T
