JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Siwan to take a final decision on the application filed by him on 24.09.2020 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition), for registration of his arms license in the district of Siwan instead of the original place of issuance of the said license i.e. District-Bettia, by making O.D. entry as also for renewal of the arms license.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate concerned to pass appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.17311 of 2021(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 orders, in accordance with law, on the aforesaid application of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
